Prior to June 1984 Sant Jarnail Singh Ji Khalsa Bhindrawale and Shaheed Bhai Amrik Singh gave Singh Sahib Jasvir Singh Khalsa the responsibility to start an international organisation and thus Singh Sahib ji left Dubai in 1984 to deliver this ask. Singh Sahib Bhai Jasvir Singh urges the international sangat to support I.P.D and get involved with Panthic campaigns headed by the International Panthic Dal – A true Dal of the Sangat working for the Sangat.
