ISYF Logo
Legal Rights for International Sikh Youth Federation (ISYF) Logo
We the following petition that trademarks of International Sikh Youth Federation and its logo be immediately withdrawn from Amrik Singh. It is not the property of any single individual. The ISYF is an international organisation set up in December 1984. Its founder is Singh Sahib Bhai Jasbir Singh who also commissioned the logo. The name and logo is used by branches throughout the world. The intellectual property claim made by Amrik Singh to IPO is false since no such authority has been given by the members in general and ISYF’s various factions. We insist that trade mark and related rights awarded to Amrik Singh be withdrawn immediately so we as members and supporters can continue to function as ISYF without legal threats.
