I.P.D submits a petition to stop Izhar Alam becoming an candidate

LONDON 13 December 2011: International Panthic Dal submits a petition to stop Mohammed Izhar Alam ‘Sena’ becoming an candidate for the Panjab Assembly Elections in 2012.  I.P.D collected many thousands of signatures throughout the international community both in physical and digital format.

It is clear that Sikhs throughout the world will not accept Izhar Alam contesting as an candidate to represent the people of Panjab as he played the part for killing thousands of Sikhs after 1984· We hope Parkash Singh Badal will withdraw Izhar Alam’s ticket thus preventing him from contesting from Malerkotla on behalf of the political party Shiromani Akali Dal (B) and an independent enquiry needs to commence as soon as possible after the exposure of Alam Sena’s (Alams Army) on Wikileaks.
